Women's History Month

Whether you are looking to read a biography on Madam C.J. Walker, a Ms. Marvel comic, or maybe a fantasy by your favorite female author, we’ve got something for everyone. Maybe you have to write a research paper for school, we have a non-fiction collection that carries a wide range of topics.
My personal favorite to read for Women’s History Month is a collection edited by Laurie Halse Anderson titled Wonderful Women of the World. This book is a graphic novel that focuses on several women’s stories from Ruth Bader Ginsberg to Beyonce, Ada Lovelace to Malala Yousafzai. The book is divided into sections: Strength, Compassion, Justice, Truth, and Equality, each of which contains the individual stories of women who truly represent these qualities. If you are crunched for time, this is a great book to pick up, since you can read a section or just a story.
