Why I Love My Public Library
Contest Rules and Guidelines
ABOUT THE CONTEST:
This video contest is an opportunity for patrons to communicate in a visual, video format why they love the Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library.
Winners will be selected by the Information Services Team.
WHO CAN ENTER:
Any resident of Northeast Arkansas. Minors must have parental consent.
HOW TO ENTER:
*All video entries must be an original work.
*There is no fee for submitting the entry.
*All entries must be submitted by midnight on Monday July 31st, 2017.
*All entries must be uploaded to youtube and the link emailed to : email@example.com
WHAT DO I WIN?
Winners will be announced no later than August 2nd, 2017.
Winners will receive a gift card to a pre-selected area retail store:
First place: $50 gift card
Second Place: $25 gift card
Third Place $10 gift card
Winning videos may be used by the Public Library in marketing and promotional materials. All submitted videos become the property of the Public Library.
THE FINE PRINT
*Video entries must be no longer than 2 minutes and must be about The Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library.
By submitting a video you agree:
*Anyone who is recognizable in the video is considered a contestant/participant and their consent or that of a legal guardian has been given.
*Contestants agree that the Public Library may publish their video and names and may use both in future advertising campaigns and or marketing materials.
The library has no obligation to use the winning video for any purpose.
The library is not responsible for any lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or illegal submissions.
No entries will be returned.
The Public Library may disqualify any entry based on content.
All costs associated with making and submitting a video are the contestant’s responsibility. The Public Library is not responsible for any costs incurred.
The Public Library reserves the right not to choose a winner.
