If you’re looking to get fit this fall, the Poinsett County Library hosts weekly classes each Monday at 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. The Get Fit-Strength Training is targeted for adults. This program is aimed at increasing strength and can improve balance and flexibility.
This class is safe, fun and appropriate for all fitness levels. This group is very supportive and focuses on upper and lower body and begins at their level of hand weights.
You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. The classes are for adults. The group does not meet on holidays. If you have any questions, please call Poinsett County Librarian and class instructor Angie Lacy at 870-578-4465.
