Free exercise classes: Zumba Fitness

The library offers free exercise classes each week in the Round Room.  You can take Zumba Fitness on Monday nights at 5:30 p.m. This class is high a high energy, Latin music inspired class.  On Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. the library offers a low impact yoga class.  All of the free exercise classes are taught by licensed instructors.
