Free Exercise Classes: Yoga

Each week the library offers free exercise classes.  Zumba Fitness is offered each Monday night at 5:30 in the library Round Room.  This is a fast-paced dance fitness class that is Latin based.  Mind and Body with Holland is held each Tuesday night from 5:30-6:30 p.m. In this class you will learn about various exercise techniques including yoga, pilates and gyrokinesis.  On Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. there is a 1/2 hour yoga class.  All of the classes are taught by licensed instructors.
