Free exercise classes!

The library offers free exercise classes each week in the Round Room.  You can take Zumba Fitness on Monday nights at 5:30 p.m. This class is high a high energy, Latin music inspired class.  Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. the library will offers Mind and Body with Holland.  The classes will offer participants the opportunity to try yoga, pilates, and gyrokinesis.This class will be for all ages and all levels from beginner to advanced.  On Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. the library offers a low impact yoga class.  All of the free exercise classes are taught by licensed instructors.
