Exercise Classes: Zumba Fitness

The library offers free exercise classes each week!  You can take a Zumba FItnes class each Monday at 5:30 p.m.  Zumba is a Latin based dance exercise class.  Each Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. the library has a class called Mind and Body, which rotates between yoga, pilates, and gyrokinesis.  Yoga is taught every Thursday at 12:15 p.m. in a half hour, low impact class.  

Each of the classes are taught by licensed instructors.  n
