Exercise Classes: Yoga

The library offers free exercise classes three days a week! We've got Zumba Fitness each Monday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. On Tuesdays, the library offers Mind and Body Fitness from 5:30-6:30 which focuses on different types of exercise such as Yoga, Pilates and Gyrokinesis.  The library also offers a Yoga class on Thursdays from 12:15-12:45 p.m. Our classes are always free and everyone is welcome, from beginners to experts. All classes are led by licensed instructors.
