Exercise Classes: Mind and Body Fitness

The library hosts weekly exercise classes in the round room. 

The library is currently remodeling so not all of the classes are currently being held. 

Mind and Body with Eastern Livity features yoga, pilates and gyrokinesis on a rotation. Currently the class is doing yoga. This event is held on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Yoga is held on Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. for a half hour class.
Tai Chi is held on Saturday mornings at 10:00 a.m.
