Adoption Coalition of Arkansas
The mission of the Adoption Coalition is to aid in the placement of foster children in permanent, adoptive homes by recruiting adoptive parents and assisting in the recruitment of additional foster parents to improve on the children's quality of life while they are in the custody of the state.
