This free computer class is an introduction to Microsoft Word. This class will teach you the basics of the program. This class will be held on Wednesday, April 10th in the Training Lab.
This storytime is for 2 and 3-year-olds. During this storytime we read books, sing songs, interact and occasionally make a craft. This storytime is held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. in the Children's Library.
This storytime is for 4 and 5-year-olds. During this storytime the kids will hear stories, sing songs, dance and occasionally do a craft. This storytime is held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10:45 a.m. in the children's library.
Master gardener Erlene Wise will lead our Lunch and Learn program on Wednesday, April 10th. She will teach a class on herb gardening. There are several herbs that can be planted in April and into May. You will learn about herbs and how to grow them. You will also be able to take some herb startings home with you.
It's craft time in the Children's Library! Kids can pick up a set of needles and a ball of yarn starting on September 5th and learn how to knit! Ms. Vivi Chase will start off teaching some of the basics of knitting to those who have never knitted and will work with the kids to complete projects. The classes are held every Wednesday from 3:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. in the Children's Library.
Just in time for prom our teens will be treated to a pre-prom event at the library! This event will be guest hosted by Lee Prince from Tanglez. The free event will feature a demonstration. We'll also have tips to help you get ready for your big night!
