(children_event) 2/26: "PeeWee Storytime" Start: 02/26/2013 10:00 am PeeWee Storytime is for 2-year-olds and 3-year-olds and their parents or caregivers. This storytime is held every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in the Children's Library. (general_event) 2/26: "Novel Lover's Book Club" Start: 02/26/2013 10:00 am The Novel Lover's Book Discussion Group will meet on Tuesday, February 26th at 10:00 a.m. The group will meet to discuss the book The Shoemaker's Wife by Adriana Trigiani. (children_event) 2/26: "Pre-School Storytime" Start: 02/26/2013 10:45 am This storytime is for 4-year-olds and 5-year-olds. Parents are not required to stay, but are welcome to stay. This storytime is held every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:45 a.m. (general_event) 2/26: "Internet Searching" Start: 02/26/2013 2:00 pm This class introduces users to a variety of searching websites. This class will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26th in the training lab. (children_event) 2/26: "Author Visit: Kate Klise" Start: 02/26/2013 2:05 pm Children's author Kate Klise will visit the library on Tuesday, February 26th at 7:00 p.m. During her stay, Klise will visit several local schools to meet with children and their teachers. (teen_event) 2/26: "Anime/Manga" Start: 02/26/2013 4:00 pm Teens will gather in the Civic League Room on Tuesday, February 26th at 4:00 p.m. for anime/manga. This month teens will make anime cookies! (general_event) 2/26: "Zumba Fitness" Start: 02/26/2013 5:30 pm The library offers free Zumba Fitness Classes every Monday and Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Round Room. This hour long class is for adults only. Zumba is a latin inspired dance exercise class. Instructor Brooke Poff leads the class in routines that are easy to learn. (general_event) 2/26: "Inquiring Minds Book Club" Start: 02/26/2013 6:00 pm The Inquiring Minds Book Discussion Group will discuss the book Lincoln by Gore Vidal during the month of February. This discussion takes place in the Civic League Room on Tuesday, February 26th at the library. (poinsett_county_event) 2/26: "Zumba Fitness" Start: 02/26/2013 6:30 pm This latin inspired dance exercise class is offered every Tuesday free of charge at the Poinsett County Library from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. The instructor is Nechia Whitingham. The class is for people of all skill levels. (general_event) 2/26: "Children's Author Visit" Start: 02/26/2013 7:00 pm Children's author Kate Klise will be at the Craighead County Jonesboro Public Library on Tuesday, February 26th at 7:00 p.m. Klise is the author of numerous children's books. She, along with her sister who illustrates the books, travels around the country when she's not writing speaking to library and school groups about her process. This event is open to children and adults.
