29 (general_event) 4/29: FOL Book Sale Start: 04/29/2012 1:00 pm The semi-annual Friends of the Library book sale will be held on Saturday, April 28th from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. in the Round Room of the library. The sale will continue on Sunday, April 29th from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. This sale features gently used and practically new paper and hard back books. Books in the collection are donated books from the public and discarded books from the library. Plan a "staycation" in Jonesboro. Jonesboro Parks and Recreation interim director Wixson Huffstetler will lead our program on Wednesday, May 2nd. Lunch and Learn is a FREE program held every wednesday at noon. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lunch in and learn about a different topic.
